Our history
Over 25 years’ experience!
From a small trading business to a modern production facility – the history of Piskorski is an example of steady growth, bold decision-making and the ability to adapt to market needs.
1998
The company’s history dates back to 1998, when Piotr Piskorski set up his business in the meat industry, initially focusing on the trade and transport of meat. As the company grew and customer needs increased, we recognised the potential in the specialist cutting of poultry cuts, which became the focus of the company’s further development.
2012
Over time, we began working with local processing plants, which provided poultry cutting services for us. The experience we gained, combined with growing market demand, led us to open our first in-house production plant in Międzyrzecz in 2012.
2016
The company’s dynamic growth and the increasing number of business partners have led to the next stage of its development. In 2016, we opened a state-of-the-art production facility in Wolsztyn, which is now the company’s headquarters.
2026
Today, we employ around 50 skilled staff and are constantly expanding our production capacity, whilst remaining true to the core principle of our business – supplying products of the highest quality to our partners in the food processing and meat distribution sectors.
